In the Marketing tab of your CRM, you will see a Trigger Links tab at the top of the page. Here you will be able to create new trigger links as well as edit existing ones. Trigger links can be integrated into the system, enabling a predetermined action to occur when a lead or customer clicks on a specific link. There are a variety of ways to utilize trigger links, including in campaigns, emails, funnels, and websites.
NOTE: Trigger links are the same across the entire CRM. You can edit trigger links in both "Email Marketing" and "Conversations".
Analyze
Leveraging this functionality enables you to conduct an in-depth analysis of clicks and actions associated with the trigger link. This detailed insight empowers you to assess the effectiveness of your trigger link, helping you make data-driven decisions to optimize its performance for better user engagement and results.
Selecting Calendar Period
Easily search for activities regarding your trigger links by date by clicking on the date box. Select the time frame you would like to view, and click on the green checkmark. Your data will refresh according to the data range you selected.
Refreshing Data
You can refresh the data to get the latest report by clicking on the refresh icon to the right of the date range selector.
Clicks
On the left-hand side of the table, you can view the number of clicks on your trigger links.
Total Clicks
Here you can see the total number of clicks on all of your trigger links.
Changing Graphical Output Format
When you click on the blue circle at the bottom of the chart (as shown in the screenshot), you can view the number of clicks, which will appear in white.
Trigger Link Name
This shows the Name of the trigger link for which the graph is shown. You can select any other Trigger link to view its graphs. (See the bottom of the screenshot to see the list of all trigger links.)
All Trigger Links
Here you will see all of the Trigger Links you have created in your CRM. To analyze any of the Trigger links from the list, click on its name.
Clicks
Here you will see the total number of Clicks for each trigger link created in the CRM.
