Text Element

To add the Text element to your email template, simply drag and drop it from the left sidebar into the body of the email. This intuitive feature makes it easy to add text to your email and achieve the desired look and feel.

To access the Text element settings in your email template, simply click on the pencil icon located within the Text element. This will open up the settings section on the left sidebar, where you can edit and customize the fonts, alignment, links, headings, and descriptions, as well as adjust the padding.

Once you've made the desired changes, click on Done to save your edits and continue editing your email template. This feature provides you with greater control over the appearance and content of your email, helping you achieve the desired look and feel.

Adding Image Element

To do this, simply drag and drop the Image element from the left sidebar into the body of your email template.

Similar to the Text element, you can easily edit and customize the settings of the Image element to ensure it fits perfectly into your email template. These settings include custom images, image URL, alt text, height and width adjustments, and cell padding customization. With these editing options, creating a visually stunning email that resonates with your audience has never been easier.

Once you drag in the image element, select "Replace" and upload an image into the file library, where we can then double-click the image to paste it to the editor's page or select it to copy and then paste the URL in the Image URL field.

After this, you also have some additional information to customize, like the Image URL and some other controls where you can enter Alt Text for SEO purposes.

You could hyperlink the image to a destination, and you can also control the width and the height of the image right here.

Here again, you get the Padding toggled on if we wanted to add or remove any spacing around the image, then you can choose the alignment of the image. Once you're good with your image, go ahead and hit Done. Well done!

Editing Button Element

You can access the button element edit options by clicking on the pencil icon. Here you can begin by entering the button text. Adjust the font to your liking by selecting the typography type, font size, and choosing to bold, italicize, or underline the next if you so choose.

You can choose the button action from the dropdown menu, where you can select URL, mail, file, telephone, or other, and fill in the appropriate information for your selection. Align your button to the left, right, or center using the align dropdown. If you would like your button to take the full width of the email, you can use the toggle to turn it on.

Select a color for your button to make it pop by clicking on the color picker button and selecting a color from the given options. If you don’t see a color you like, select Advanced and type in a custom color code. To adjust the radius around your button, you can use the number field and type in a number or use the slider to adjust the radius to fit your needs. Finally, adjust the padding around your button - you can adjust the padding on the top, bottom, left, and right to ensure the best positioning for your button.

Adding Divider Element

By incorporating dividers, you can create a visually appealing and well-organized email layout that enhances readability and ensures your content is easily understood by your recipients.

Once add the divider element, clicking on the pencil icon in the Divider element reveals several options for customizing. This allows you to edit the height & width of the line and adjust its alignment accordingly.

Furthermore, you can modify its line type from solid (default), dashed, or dotted for better visibility, and also decide between multiple colors to make it more eye-appealing.

Adjust the padding around your divider to ensure your placement is exactly how you want it by increasing or decreasing the padding to your liking.

​​Investing in building up an audience on these web spaces is a worthwhile endeavor for any business owner looking to broaden their brand recognition. Drag and drop to add the social element to your Email content.

Hover over the social media element and click on the pencil icon to customize your social media element. Here you can add all of your social media links that you would like to include in your email template.

Click on the Add button at the top of the editor tool to add as many social links as you’d like, or click on the delete icon next to a social media account to remove it.

As you hover over the social media boxes, you will see an icon where you can edit the link. This will allow you to change the name of the social network, add a URL, and choose which social icon you would like to use.

Once you’ve added all of your social media links, adjust the padding on the top, bottom, left, and right to ensure accurate spacing within your email template.

Adding Footer Element

Once added, the footer will automatically populate with account information.

Hover over the footer element and click on the pencil icon to edit the element. You can edit the text in the text box to your desired preference.

You’ll be greeted with edit options to customize the text, including typography type, font size, color, and alignment.

You can adjust the padding around your footer to ensure accurate spacing within your email template by toggling on padding and adjusting the top, bottom, left, and right padding.

The email builder allows you to customize the video URL, thumbnail, and thumbnail URL, along with adjusting the size, height, width, and play button for added control. Don't forget about setting the opacity and padding to get your exact look. All these editing options are standard with our email builder.

This drag-and-drop element enables you to add individual products as well as their corresponding pricing right into your email.

If you are using an email builder, then you’re probably familiar with the pencil icon for the Shopping Cart element. Clicking on it gives you several options for easier customization.

You can easily change the padding, background, or colors of the element to make it more visually stimulating. Most users find that this makes their messages even more engaging.

When selecting features and styling elements, don’t forget to take advantage of the handy pencil button to quickly customize Shopping cart elements. With just a few clicks, you can add visual appeal and make your emails stand out from all the rest.

Adding RSS Header & RSS Items Elements

Within the Email Builder, the RSS Elements feature facilitates the automatic sending of emails with dynamically added content whenever a new RSS (Real Simple Syndication) item is published.

RSS Header Block

The RSS Header Element will dynamically populate tags from your RSS Feed. It supports the following RSS channel tags, and you can use their respective Custom Values to populate the email with the corresponding tag value:

Basic Vs Custom in RSS Header

When utilizing the RSS Header block, you'll encounter two options in the RSS Editing Options dropdown selector: Basic and Custom.

  • Basic: Adds the following non-editable text in the Text Editor.

  • Custom: Adds the following editable text in the Text Editor.

Email Layouts

Layout Elements

The first step to adding any element is to add a layout first. Drag and drop any of the layouts you want.

Column Layout

You can easily change the column layout of your email template by selecting from different options such as single, double, triple, 1/3:2/3, 2/3:1/3, and quad (4) layouts.

This feature provides you with greater flexibility in designing your email template based on your specific needs and preferences. Simply select the column layout that works best for your email and customize it to achieve the desired look and feel.

For example, we have selected a triple layout under the settings as shown be.

Padding

The next step in creating your email template is adjusting the padding. Padding refers to the spacing around the sections of your email, and you can easily toggle it on or off. If you want to add more space to the top of your email, you can increase the padding using the Top, Bottom, Left, and Right side icons. Once you've adjusted the padding, you will see that your email template appears with a larger layout than before. This feature allows you to create a more visually appealing email with greater flexibility and customization options.

Background Type

After adjusting the padding of your email template, the next step is selecting the background type. You can choose to make your email full-width or contained within the content width. Additionally, you can customize the colors of the background and even select patterns to make your email template stand out. Use this feature to add a unique touch to your email template that reflects your brand's identity and style.

Once you're good with your section settings, go ahead and hit the Done button as shown below.
