Opportunities
During the process of creating workflows and integrating workflow triggers, you will come across a category named Opportunities. Included within this category are triggers such as opportunity status change, pipeline stage change, and identification of stale opportunities. These triggers facilitate the efficient management of your sales pipeline, ensuring a smooth progression of leads through various stages, and ultimately contributing to a more effective sales process.
Opportunity Status Change
The Opportunity Status Change trigger is set in motion exclusively when the status of an opportunity undergoes a change within the Opportunities CRM section, transitioning from one status to another. This trigger will not initiate unless the opportunity card's status is modified.
Pipeline Status Change
The Pipeline Stage Change workflow trigger activates when an opportunity's pipeline stage undergoes an update. This trigger functions as the opportunity card advances through any stage within the pipeline, initiating the workflow at each stage.
Stale Opportunities
The Stale Opportunities trigger initiates exclusively for opportunities that exceed a specified duration of time. Users can tailor the timeframe for an opportunity to be deemed stale and outline the corresponding actions to be implemented. If no filters are chosen, the workflow automatically initiates for all opportunities in the open stage across any pipeline.
