Custom Fields - These fields are entirely up to you or your CRM admin to build.

These custom fields can be anything from checkboxes to long-form answers.

Whether you are in the standard or custom tab, this area is where all the inputs are.

All you need to do is click and drag them over to the survey slide in the middle of the screen to add them to the form!

Save Survey

Make sure you save all of your survey progress! Don't worry, when you save, you will remain in the survey builder. It is just a good habit to save the survey as you go.

Integrate Survey

You can embed your survey onto a webpage or use a custom survey link where visitors can access the survey.

Embed Survey

The first way you can integrate your surveys is by embedding them into a website or sales funnel.

Copy and Paste Survey

To do that, you would need to copy and paste this snippet of code into your webpage.

We recommend having your web developer do this for you if you are unfamiliar with the process.

You can easily copy this code by pressing the button in the bottom right corner of this section.

Custom Survey Link

The second way to integrate your survey is to use a custom link and send it to your customers or prospects.

Grab Custom Survey Link

This link is a custom-generated link that will only show this survey when clicked. This is a great way to keep the focus of your customers or prospects on the survey and have them fill it out! To open the custom link and review your survey in real-time, click the button in the bottom right corner of this section.

Surveys Styles Tab

Use the styles tab to change the look and feel of your survey.

Layout Settings

Here you will find your survey layout settings.

Inline Survey: Inline surveys give you the ability to put form inputs side by side instead of all inputs being below one another.

Show Label

If you do not want to show the input field label, you can turn it off here.

Background Color

Change the background color of your survey.

Font Color

Change the font color of your survey.

Border

Give your survey a border hereby increasing the width of the border walls.

Corner Radius

The corner radius will change the corners of your survey form's shape and squared off to rounded.

Survey Width

Change the total width of your survey to better match the page you are embedding it into.

Custom CSS

You can fully customize the look and feel of your surveys with custom CSS! Change things like shapes of input fields, colors, buttons, etc.

We recommend you speak to a web developer who knows CSS if you are unfamiliar with this.

Agency Branding

Choose whether or not you'd like your company logo in the corner of every survey here.

Change Background Image

If you'd like to use an image as a custom background, you can upload it here.

Survey Options Tab

Use the options tab to set some very important settings.

Change Survey Name

Like we showed you earlier, you can change the name of your survey here.

On Submit Settings

Here you will set what happens when your survey is submitted.

Open URL: If you choose this option, when your survey is submitted, the visitor will be sent to the URL of your choice. We generally send them to a "Thank You" page of some sort.

Message: If you choose this option, your visitor will see a message after submitting the survey and remain on the same page. You will need to add a message in the input section for this to take effect.

Disqualify Immediately

When building your survey, you have the option to "Disqualify Immediately" when a visitor chooses a specific answer. This is very valuable when qualifying leads.

You can choose what happens to that visitor when they are immediately disqualified.

You have 2 options:

Open URL: The visitor will be sent to the URL of your choice.

Message: Your visitor will see a message after being disqualified, and remain on the same page. You will need to add a message in the input section for this to take effect.

Disqualify After Submit

You also have the option to "Disqualify After Submit" when a visitor chooses a specific answer. This will allow the visitor to finish the entire form but be disqualified at the end.

Facebook Pixel Input

Track form submissions and use your Facebook Pixel for analytics and advertising.

Ignore this field if you plan to use this survey inside a funnel.

Facebook Pixel Events

Specify Facebook Pixel event settings for tracking and attribution.

On Page View

Choose what events will fire when a visitor lands on the page in which your survey is embedded.

On Form Submission

Choose what events will fire when a visitor submits your survey.

One Question at a Time

Toggling this setting "On" will make it so you only show 1 survey question to the visitor per slide. They will need to answer that question to see the next question.

Sticky Contact

Sticky contact will autofill your visitor's contact information that was previously entered, so they do not need to enter it twice.

Enable Back Button

You can give your visitor the ability to go backward in the survey if they feel they want to change an answer somewhere.

Disable Auto Navigation

Disabling auto-navigation will make it hidden, so the visitor absolutely must select "Next" to see the next survey slide and question.

Progress Bar

The progress bar will show the visitor how much progress they have made in the survey as they are filling it out.

This is particularly useful for long surveys, so the visitor does not get frustrated and leave before finishing.

Disable Animation

This setting will disable the survey animation when switching from one survey slide to the next.

If you have enabled "Scroll To Top", your survey will scroll to the top when the slides switch.

Banner Image

You can add a banner image here. Banner images will show just above your survey, no matter where you embed them.

Background Image Full Width

You have the choice to make your survey equal to the full width of the web page or section you embedded it into.

This is a great feature for mobile devices.

Edit Footer HTML

If you want to display a custom HTML footer on your surveys, you can do so here.

You can write custom CSS (using the style tag) and HTML inside the same box.

Open Footer HTML Editor

Let's take a look at the "Edit Footer HTML" section.
