For security, the Credit Hero Score Affiliate Portal deactivates accounts after 45 days of no login activity. Your commissions are unaffected, but you'll need to restore access to log back in.
How to Restore Affiliate Portal Access
If access to your affiliate portal is restricted due to inactivity, follow these steps:
Log In Within 72 Hours of Reactivation:
Use your affiliate link, or go to your Credit Repair Cloud account → My Company → Credit Monitoring Services.
Still having trouble?
Make sure you're using the correct login link and try logging in again — this will restore your access.
How to Prevent Lockout
Log in at least every 45 days to keep your portal active.
Set a reminder so you don't miss the window.
Additional Tips
Commissions remain intact during inactivity periods — restricted access does not affect them.
