To start, make sure you have the following:
An approved and active Credit Hero Marketplace listing
How can I pause my Credit Hero Marketplace listing?
Click on My Company
Click on Credit Hero Marketplace
Scroll down and click on Hide my business.
Use this button to temporarily hide your business from the marketplace.
Select the date you want to reactivate your listing on the marketplace.
Click on Hide your business.
Click on Done.
Your business will be back online on the date you selected. Until then, affiliates won’t see you in search results, and you won’t get new leads.
How can I unpause or resume my Credit Hero Marketplace listing?
Click on My Company
Click on Credit Hero Marketplace
Click on Go live now on the blue banner located at the top of your Credit Hero Marketplace dashboard
