How can I invite my clients/leads to sign up for Credit Hero Score?
Click on Clients in the Side Navigation Menu
Use Table Search to locate your client
Click on your client’s or lead’s name
Click on Send Invite
Select an option below Send Invite By
The available options are Email and Manually send unique link to client.
Click on Send Invite
You should get a success notification:
Will I be notified when my client/lead shares their credentials through the Credit Hero Score invite?
If you would like to be notified of every client or lead that completes the CHS invite flow, please follow the steps below.
Click on Settings in the Side Navigation Menu
Scroll down a bit and click on Notification Options
Locate the Automated notification when lead/client completes sharing of Credit Hero Score credentials through invite flow section
Select the team members you want to notify
