What is Billsby?

Billsby is a recurring billing and subscription management software. Billsby will help you automate charges to your clients' cards. Before you begin, it's important to understand that Billsby is a third-party vendor and is not owned by Credit Repair Cloud. Billsby has its own customer service and support. When you choose to use them, you are doing so independently as a separate tool for billing your clients.

Legal Disclaimer:

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your marketing, collection efforts, and receipt of fees comply with all applicable state and federal laws. Credit Repair Cloud (CRC) does not provide legal advice, and our guidance is not a substitute for consulting with an attorney.

We do not recommend any specific billing method. The Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) prohibits telemarketing credit repair companies from charging fees until 6 months after services are completed. HOWEVER, If you DO NOT telemarket, you MAY be able to charge typical fees as allowed by law. For more on the TSR, visit the FTC’s guide. Credit Repair Cloud’s statements are not legal advice—please consult a legal professional for compliance. All customers must comply with the TSR and relevant laws to use our software.

Why would I want to use Billsby?

Billsby is a good way to get started, with a minimal expense of $45 per month when collecting $15,000 per month or less. Revenue exceeding $15,000/mo will be subject to a 0.4% fee. Click here to learn more about Billsby's pricing plans.

Billsby also offers to get your account sorted through onboarding calls so it's minimal effort for you - making the entire process easier and less stress-filled.

Billsby also has a promo in place right now for all customers, including Credit Repair Cloud users, where if you go live with Billsby and leave an approved review in G2, you’ll get a month of service for free.

How can I apply to get a merchant account?

As mentioned above, one of the requirements to use Billsby is to get a merchant account first. You must have a merchant account authorized for credit repair to operate your business properly.

  1. Fill out their application form accordingly

Your request will go directly to the merchant account provider. Please prepare your questions and information for the representative who should contact you within one business day.

Why can’t I use Stripe or PayPal for my credit repair business?

As tempting as it may seem, you cannot use PayPal, Stripe, Square, or any other popular billing service for credit repair. It is against their Terms of Service. No matter what you name your business, they will eventually discover your violation, ban you, and freeze your money (and you may never get it back).

If you already have a different merchant account, please check with your provider before billing your clients for credit repair services.

Is there a comprehensive quick-start guide for Billsby that I can download?

Yes! This guide includes everything you need, from setting up a subscription product, to one-time charges, invoices, refunds, and much more.
