What are the two ways that affiliates can give me leads?
There are two ways for affiliates to send you leads:
Fill and submit the Send a Referral form in their portal.
Add a Web Lead Form to their own website to collect referrals.
You'll receive a notification when new leads are sent your way. Leads will be marked as ‘Referred by’ the corresponding affiliate.
Using the Referral form in the affiliate portal
Please share the following steps with your affiliate if they want to send you referrals through the Referral form in their portal.
Click on Send a Referral at the top
Fill the form with the lead’s information
Click on Submit
You will get a Lead added successfully notification
Using the Web Lead Form in the affiliate portal
Please share the following steps with your affiliate if they want to send you referrals through a Web Lead form that they can add to their own website.
Click on Web Lead Form at the top
Select English or Spanish
This will be the language for the form.
Enter a Webform custom title
This is the heading of your form.
Adjust the Frame height and width as needed
The forms will come with a default height and width but you can adjust this manually if needed.
Copy the entire code snippet from the Webform code box
(Optional) You can preview the form by clicking on Preview
How can I use this Web Lead Form if I already own a site to collect referrals?
Simply copy the code from the form generator and insert it in your website using a Custom HTML (or similar) element or send the code to your IT person or web designer for them to work with it.
