Why is my client's report not showing scores from all bureaus?
If you've imported a client’s credit report from Credit Hero Score and noticed that it doesn't display scores from all credit bureaus, you might wonder why this is happening.
With the new Partial Fulfillment feature, your clients with a Credit Hero Score subscription now have the advantage of receiving available credit scores data even if there is an issue pulling data from one or two of the 3 bureaus.
For example, if there is an issue validating the social security number with Equifax, the import will still provide the available data on Experian and Transunion.

What should my client do if they get a partial report?
In such cases, your client must contact the bureau or bureaus that are showing as unavailable in their report.
- Equifax: 1-800-203-7843 or 866-828-5066.
- Experian: 888-397-3742.
- TransUnion: 1-800-916-8800
Once they have rectified the issue with all the bureau(s) showing as unavailable, please have them contact the Credit Hero Score team by email at email@example.com or by phone at (888) 316-7758. Once the Credit Hero Score Suppor team informs your client that their report is fully available, you can try reimporting, and the scores should appear for all three bureaus.
