To start, make sure you have the following:

- An image file to use as your logo (it must be a jpeg, jpg, png, or gif, no larger than 50 x 50px, and less than 2MB)

Log in to your Credit Repair Cloud account

Click on My Company
- Click on Client/Affiliate Portal
- Click on My Logo
- Hover over the logo and click on Edit
- Browse your device and select your logo
Important Note
Please note your logo must be a jpeg, jpg, png, or gif file, no larger than 50 x 50px, and less than 2MB. The logo's background should be transparent or match the header color in your portal. To edit or resize your logo, you would use an app like Adobe Photoshop or similar.
How do I edit the theme color of the portal?

Log in to your Credit Repair Cloud account

Click on My Company
- Click on Client/Affiliate Portal
- Click on Portal Theme
- Click on the colored square and select your preferred color or enter the hex color code
- Press Enter
Can I change the client portal’s language to Spanish?
Now you can provide your Spanish-speaking clients with a Spanish version of your Secure Client Portal. Our most recent launch allows your clients to navigate the onboarding process in their preferred language, ensuring a seamless experience.
There's no need to enable this feature as it is already available in your account. However, it is required to select Spanish as the preferred language for clients who want to communicate with you in Spanish throughout the credit repair process.

When adding a new Spanish-speaking client, you can select their Portal’s Language.
