Find any client fast

The fastest way to find a client is to search by name or last name.

How can I find a client fast?

1. Log in to your Credit Repair Cloud account
   
   
   
2. Click on Clients
   
   
   
   
3. Enter your client’s name, last name, or email address in the Search by name or email search bar
   
   
   
   As you type, the system will filter the results instantly and you can click on any contact as needed.
   
   When searching by email address, you need to click on the Search button to filter the results.

What other search options do I have?

There are additional filters that you can apply to your search by using the Advanced Search feature.

3. Click on Advanced Search
   
   
   
   The available search criteria / filters include:
   
   
   
   

   *Start date: Select the date when the client was added.

   
   *Added From / To: Add the estimated time frame when the client was added.

   
   *Status: Filter by the contact’s status in the software.

   
   *Referred by: Select a referring affiliate.

   
   *Assigned to: Select a team member.

   
   *Phone Number: Enter the contact’s phone number.
   
   

4. Click on Search
