How do I turn on the client portal for a client?


When you create a new client profile:

  1. Turn "Portal Access ON"

  2. The User ID will be your client's email address.
  3. Select an agreement if you have created more than one (This depends on your settings and may not be necessary)
  4. Click Submit.
  5. Your client will receive an email asking them to create a password for their Secure Portal login.
