If you’d like to export your list of clients and/or leads in a CSV file so you can process or organize their information outside of Credit Repair Cloud, you’ve come to the right place.

How can I export all clients and leads?

To export ALL contacts in your account, regardless of their status, follow these steps:

  1. Click on Clients

  2. Click on the up-down arrows icon

  3. Click on Export CSV

  4. A CSV file will be downloaded to your computer

    You can open this file with any spreadsheet editor like Excel or Google Sheets.

How can I filter my list of contacts before exporting them?

If you’d like to filter your contacts list before exporting them into a CSV file, follow the steps outlined below.

  1. Click on Clients

  2. Click on the Quick Filter dropdown

  3. Select an option from the menu

    The available options are:

    - All
    - Lead*
    - Prospect**
    - Lead/Inactive
    - Client
    - Inactive
    - Suspended
    - Agreement Pending
    - Docs Pending
    - Report Pending
    - First Work Pending
    - Follow-Up Due
    - Invoice Pending
    - Invoice Past-Due

    * A Lead is usually considered as such before initial contact is made.
    ** A Prospect is a Lead that has been contacted but it's still not guaranteed that they will convert to a Client.

    i.e., If you’d like to export your leads only, select Lead.

  4. Click on the up-down arrows icon

  5. Click on Export CSV

Important Note:

Please note that the file will be named “my_clients_date” even if you filter for leads or prospects. Be sure to rename your file accordingly.
