Timeouts after 20-30 minutes of inactivity happen because that is how the web browsers are designed. It's not something we created in our software to annoy you, and it's not something we can "disable." You will experience the same very same timeout when you are on your bank's website. All Web browsers have security settings designed to protect you, especially when you're in a secure and encrypted site that holds sensitive information, like a bank, etc. So if you're in Credit Repair Cloud, and you reach 20-30 minutes of inactivity (i.e. not clicking on anything), your browser will give you a warning and then a few minutes later it will log you out for "inactivity" after it gives you plenty of warning. There is no way around this. It's a browser requirement.
HERE'S A SOLUTION:
- If you are in Credit Repair Cloud (or your bank, or any other online software), save your work often, and do not abandon the windows for long periods of time with no activity.
- Watch for the browser warnings after 20 minutes that tell you your browser session is about to be timed out for inactivity.
- Avoid having multiple other windows open at the same time so you don't see those warnings.
ADDITIONAL THINGS THAT KEEP THINGS RUNNING NICELY: Keep your browser clean, restart your computer daily and restart your modem/router at least once a month. These things will all speed up your online activities and give you better and faster results in our software.
