While working on customizing your website, you may encounter this error message when trying to publish it:
The most likely reason for this message to appear is if you are trying to publish your website using an external domain and the nameservers on that domain are not pointing to ours. The easiest way to fix it is by going into your domain settings and manually change your nameservers to:
Approximately 24 hours after doing this change, you should be able to publish your website with no problems, but it usually takes way less than that.
Please keep in mind that you may also need to add your domain's email service MX Records into your web hosting account to ensure your email services remain with your domain provider and also be able to use our web hosting service for your website.
