How do I sign up for web hosting?

I'm trying to publish my website, but it tells me my credentials are invalid. Help!

This is a common error message if you are using an external domain. You need to change your nameserver settings on that domain before publishing your website. You can learn more about the process here.

 

How can I change my domain if I register a new one?

I got an email asking to verify my domain. What is this about?

Domain ownership needs to be confirmed with ICANN to become publicly accessible. if the domain is not verified within 15 days of registration, it will be suspended until this verification is complete. You can learn more about this verification process here.

My website is appearing as "not secure". How do I fix this?

Make sure you enable SSL in the Settings page in the site editor as shown here:

What should I do if my website shows just only an "index" page?

This usually means that your website has not been published yet. Simply go to your site editor, make sure your SSL Setting is enabled, and then hit the Publish button.

I have a domain from GoDaddy/another company. How can I use it with your web hosting?

Yes, you can! All you need to do is change your nameservers on that domain to ours: ns1.mycreditrepairsite.com and ns2.mycreditrepairsite.com. You can find more instructions here.

I have an email service with another company (Gsuite, GoDaddy). Can I keep it and use your web hosting?

Of course! In order to make sure your domain and email services will work properly you will need to change your nameservers as mentioned before, but you will also need to add your email provider's MX and other records into your web hosting account. This article will walk you through these steps.

I made too many edits. How do I go back to my original template?

If you feel you made too many changes and don't like how your website looks, you can start over at any time. You can do this by selecting your CRC Sitebuilder from your Web Hosting Services, then select the Reset Website option on that page:

How do I add my own logo to my website?

This is done in the Site Editor, right where your company name should be. This quick video will show you how you can add your logo and resize it to fit your navigation bar.
