Why am I getting this error?

This error displays when your client’s login details do not match what’s on file with Credit Hero Score.

How do I solve this issue?

  1. Test your client’s login details.


    If it fails, ask your client to reset their password.

    Once your client resets their password, have them share their new password with you and update it in their client profile by following the steps below.

  2. Click on Clients.

  3. Search for your client’s profile using the Table Search bar.

  4. Click on your client’s name to access their profile.

  5. Click on Import/Audit.

  6. Scroll down and locate the Client’s Credit Report Access Details section.

  7. Click on Edit.

  8. Update the Password field.

  9. Click on Save.

  10. Copy the client’s login details.

  11. Go to creditheroscore.com and use the credentials to log in.

    If the attempt is successful and you are able to log in without any error or warning messages, you can confirm that the account is in good standing and that your imports should work seamlessly.
