The Membership Actions category of workflow actions consists of Membership Grant Offer and Membership Revoke Offer. These two workflow actions allow you to provide a contact with access or remove access to a membership product.
In order to PUBLISH workflows, you will need to establish a workflow trigger and a workflow action. Without both, you will only be able to save the workflow, not publish it.
Membership Grant Offer
By selecting the Membership Grant Offer workflow action, you can give a contact access to a defined membership product.
How to Grant Contact's Offer
To grant a contact access to a membership product, click on the + symbol to add a new workflow action, and choose Membership Grant Offer. Next, select the desired membership offer from the drop-down menu that you want to give contact access to within this specific workflow. Once you’ve selected the offer, make sure to rename your workflow action accordingly and click the Save button in the bottom right.
Membership Revoke offer
By selecting the Membership Revoke Offer workflow action, you can remove a contact's access to a particular membership product.
How to Revoke Offer
To initiate the process of removing a contact from a membership product, start by clicking on the + symbol to add a new workflow action and pick Membership Revoke Offer. Next, select the desired membership offer from the drop-down menu that you want to revoke contact access to within this specific workflow. Once you’ve selected the offer, make sure to rename your workflow action accordingly and click the Save button in the bottom right.
