Audience: This article is for Credit Repair Cloud (CRC) account owners who want to set up CRC Marketing Hub Mobile App passwords for themselves and their staff using the Desktop App.

To start, make sure you have the following:
Access to your CRC Marketing Hub
Access to the email address associated with your Credit Repair Cloud account
How can I set up a password for the CRC Marketing Hub Mobile App using the Desktop App?
Log in to your Credit Repair Cloud account.
Click on Marketing Hub.
You will be signed in automatically.
Click on Settings (on the bottom left).
Click on My Staff.
Click on the pencil icon next to the profile you want to edit.
Scroll down and click on Advance Settings.
Set up a secure password.
Click on Next.
Click on Save.
Share the updated credentials with your team.
Open the CRC Marketing Hub Mobile App.
Log in using your email and the password you just set.
