This article is for Credit Hero Marketplace users who want to submit a review request to their clients.

To start, make sure you have the following:
An approved and active Marketplace listing
How can I send a review request to my client?
Click on My Company
Click on Credit Hero Marketplace
Click on Credit Hero Marketplace Settings.
Scroll down and locate the Client Reviews section.
Click on Send Review Request.
If there is a client who hasn’t received the review request yet, they will have the Send Review Request link enabled:
Click on Send Review Request.
This request will now appear under Pending Reviews.
