To add a new client profile to your account, follow the steps outlined below:
Click on Add Lead/Client
Complete the form with your client’s information
Under Status select Client
Key Requirement: To ensure successful onboarding and secure client access activation, a valid email address is mandatory. Please verify that the email field is populated. If this information is currently missing, you can revisit the profile to add it at a later stage.
Important Announcement: Our Secure Client Access mobile app is officially available! This tool empowers your clients to complete onboarding, monitor credit progress, and communicate with your team via mobile. Encourage your clients to begin by installing the application:
If you need to assign this client to a specific affiliate, select the affiliate under Referred By
Use the Assigned To dropdown to select the team member(s) that will be assigned to this specific client
Select an Agreement from the dropdown menu
If necessary, you can reset the agreement assigned to a client profile.
It is generally recommended to avoid the "No Agreement" option, except in cases involving pro bono clients. Opting for this setting will permanently prevent any future agreement resets for that specific profile.
Select English or Spanish as the Portal Language for your client’s onboarding process
Click on Add Lead/Client
This will save your client’s profile and send an automated email so they can set their login details.
