For Round 2 (and higher), there are over 100 letters you can choose from. As mentioned above, the letter selection depends on the client’s specific scenario and the bureau’s response to the Round 1 letter. You can also try our Letter Finder Tool to find the best letter to use.
Important Note:
Only paid accounts have access to Round 2 or higher letters.
Once you've completed Steps 1-7 in the Letter Generation process outlined in the following article https://help.creditrepaircloud.com/en/articles/16882823, complete the following Steps to explore the Letter Library.
Select Round 2+ All Other Letters
Under Choose Letter Recipient select Credit Bureau or Creditor/Furnisher Reporting the Item
Click on + Saved Dispute Item
Select the item(s) to include in your letter
Click on Add to Dispute
Click on Save And Continue
Click on Use Letter Finder
Answer a few questions to determine the appropriate letter to send
The first question is: What is your goal?
a) Remove or Change Credit Report Information
b) Stop Harassment or Collection Activity
c) I have a special request
The following questions will vary depending on your answers. Once our Letter Finder has enough information, it will recommend a letter.Click on Preview this Letter to confirm you've made the right choice
Click on Use Letter to confirm the recommended letter
Click on Continue
Click on Generate Library Letter or Generate Unique AI Letter as needed
Make any last-minute changes in the Letter Editor
The rest of the letter generation process is the exact same as when generating any letter

Can the letters be modified?
Yes, absolutely! You can modify all the master letter templates in the Library, but you may want to hold off on that until you know your way around the software. Changing the letters will not make them any more successful. They are intentionally simple, and simple is best. Adding legalese to them is not recommended because then the letters won't seem like they're coming from your client anymore, and that's the whole point.
Can a letter be modified just for one client?
Yes! When you're generating dispute letters, the very last step is the Letter Editor. In this step, you can make any last-minute adjustments (before you save and print or send it with CloudMail).
