Side Navigation - How can I send a review request to my client?

How can I send a review request to my client?

  1. Log in to your Credit Repair Cloud account
    ​

  2. Click on Settings in the Side Navigation menu

  3. Click on Credit Hero Marketplace
    ​

  4. Scroll down and locate the Client Reviews section.

  5. Click on Send Review Request.


    If there is a client who hasn’t received the review request yet, they will have the Send Review Request link enabled:
    ​

  6. Click on Send Review Request.


    This request will now appear under Pending Reviews.
