Is it possible to hide dispute details from my clients?

The short answer is yes. It is possible to hide dispute details from your clients. Occasionally, we will have a Credit Repair Cloud user who wants to hide dispute details in their clients’ portal. We do not recommend operating your business in this secret way of hiding things from your clients as it can get you into big trouble.

That being said, we have customers who run transparent businesses, and we have customers who hide the dispute details from their clients, so we have both options in the settings. On a positive note, we've noticed that the businesses that are transparent with their clients and do the right thing tend to be far more successful than those operating in secrecy.
