How to Reset or Change Your Password in Credit Repair Cloud

To start, make sure you have the following:

I forgot my password

  1. Click on Forgot Password?

  2. Enter your email address

    Make sure to enter the same email address you used to register your Credit Repair Cloud account.

  3. Click on Send Password

  4. Your password will be sent to your email address

Not Receiving the Reset Email?

If you don’t see the password email:

  • Double-check that you entered the correct email address

  • Make sure the email is linked to an active account

  • Check your spam/junk folder

  • Allow a few minutes for delivery

👉 Only registered email addresses will receive password reset instructions.

How can I change my password?

If you believe your account password has been compromised, follow the steps outlined below to change your password.

  1. Click on your name at the top right corner

  2. Click on Change Password
