Customizing your Website
Updated over 4 months ago

Our Site Builder is a powerful tool that will allow you to customize your website to match your brand. This article will guide you through editing the most important sections of your website, such as your company name, contact information, logo, and background images. You will also learn how to enable the SSL certificate to ensure a secure experience for your website visitors.

All these processes are important to launch your website and start generating leads for your credit repair business.

If you absolutely must have your logo on your site, you can put it elsewhere on your page, or use an image with a height of 96 pixels or smaller.

Update your Home page background image

You can update the background image included in the template to fit your demographic. This is completely optional, but we have included a set of free backgrounds that you can download by clicking the download button below, and then follow the steps to try them as needed.

Enable SSL and Publish Your Website

This is an important process to provide a secure browsing experience to your visitors. SSL stands for Secure Socket Layer, which is an encryption method used to protect the information that will be sent and received through your website. This will also help your visitors feel safe when sharing their contact details via a webform, for example. We invite you to enable this feature for your website by following the steps below:

  1. Click on Settings at the top

    Settings button

  2. Click on Enable, under the SSL section

    Enable button for SSL

  3. Click on Publish at the top right corner

    Publish button

Note:

Doing this will push all your changes live. Before publishing your site, we recommend previewing all pages to make sure that they are set up as you want.

Security Warnings

You will see security warnings on your site when you first publish it. Don't freak out. This is normal. It can take up to 24 hours (after you publish) for the Free SSL to be automatically installed. After that, the security warnings will disappear.
