There are two ways to cancel your Web Hosting account. You can use the self-service option in your Web Hosting account or contact us directly.

To start, make sure you have the following:
How can I cancel my Web Hosting account?
Click on SERVICES
Click on Website Hosting
Click on Request Cancellation
Enter a reason for cancellation in the text box
(Optional) Check the I confirm I do not want to renew this domain again box if needed
If you would like to cancel the domain and let it expire at the end of the current registration, tick the box.
Select Immediate or End of Billing Period as needed for the Cancellation Type
Click on Request Cancellation

Please note that canceling your Web Hosting account doesn’t cancel your Credit Repair Cloud subscription and vice versa.
