Being a one-person team sometimes can be overwhelming. If you ever need to provide a team member with access to your My Credit Repair Site account, please follow the steps outlined below.

How do I create a sub-account for my Credit Repair Site account?

  1. Log in to your My Credit Repair Site account

  2. Click on your name at the top right corner and click on Contacts/Sub-Accounts

  3. Fill the form with your team member information

  4. Check the box below Activate Sub-Account

  5. Check the permission boxes as needed

    The available permissions are:

    * Modify Master Account Profile
    * View Products & Services
    * Perform Single Sign-On
    * Manage Domain Settings
    * View & Accept Quotes
    * View & Manage Affiliate Account
    * Place New Orders/Upgrades/Cancellations
    * View & Manage Contacts
    * View & Modify Product Passwords
    * View Domains
    * View & Pay Invoices
    * View & Open Support Tickets
    * View Emails

  6. Enter your team member’s password in both New Password and Confirm New Password fields

  7. Select the Email Preferences for your team member

  8. Click on Save Changes
