Sales tax and your Credit Repair Cloud subscription

Follow

Beginning May 3rd, 2021, Credit Repair Cloud is required by law to collect sales tax for members' paid subscriptions in certain states:

  • Texas
  • Arizona
  • California
  • Connecticut
  • Florida
  • Idaho
  • Illinois
  • Massachusetts
  • Michigan
  • Tennessee
  • Virginia
  • Maryland
  • Pennsylvania
  • South Carolina
  • Louisiana
  • New York

As state requirements or eligibility rules change, more states may require Credit Repair Cloud to collect sales tax.

At that time, you may be asked to provide your billing address when you log in to Credit Repair Cloud so that state sales tax can be calculated. If you don’t provide your billing address at that time, you can add it at any time on your Credit Repair Cloud Billing page.
