How can I track all of CloudMail’s letter activity?

If you’d like to explore the status of all letters processed through CloudMail, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Everything tab

How can I access CloudMail’s activity for a specific client?

To explore the letter activity for a specific client, you can use the filters available in the All CloudMail Sent dashboard, or you can follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Click on Clients

  2. Click on your client’s name

  3. Click on the Letters & Status tab

  4. Explore your client’s CloudMail activity as needed

What information can I find in the Letters & Status section?

  • Letter Name: The name that was assigned to your client’s letter

  • Created: The date when the letter was created

  • Status: The letter’s status

    This column will show you if the letter is Active or Archived. If needed, you can archive letters once they are delivered.

  • Activity: The letter’s current stage (i.e., In Transit, Delivered, Returned to Sender, etc.)

  • Mail Class: The class used for the letter

    The available classes or services are First Class and Certified. The mail class determines delivery speed and gives you access to other features that you may need for certain scenarios and clients.

  • CloudMail Tracking: The letter’s tracking number (when available)

Estimated Shipping Times

  • First Class: 4-6 business days typical delivery time.

  • Certified: 4-6 days typical delivery time. The Certified service provides timestamped proof of delivery.

Important Notes

1.- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination.

2.- Not all mail classes offer tracking updates with the same frequency and/or guaranteed delivery times.

3.- To see the most up-to-date status of your mailing, check the tracking information of your particular mailing (if available).
