How do I apply for the Credit Hero Marketplace?

This article is for Credit Repair Cloud users who:

  • Already run a credit repair business using Credit Repair Cloud, and

  • Want to be approved and displayed as a trusted provider in the Credit Hero the Marketplace

How do I apply for the Credit Hero Marketplace?

  1. Click on My Company

  2. Click on Credit Hero Marketplace

  3. Click on Set Up Credit Hero Marketplace Now

  4. Enter your Business Name for Directory Listing

  5. Enter your Phone Number


    This number will only be used for contacting you about this application. It will not be shown publicly.

  6. Enter your About the Business description (Optional)


    Write a short description of your business.

  7. Click on Next

  8. Click on the dropdown under Service Areas to select the states where you offer your credit repair services.

    • Quick Start Option: Use this option to select all states that don't require licensing or bonding.

    • Please note you will need to upload any required licenses or bonds for states that require them.

    • States that require licenses or bonds, will be marked with a warning icon.

    • State requirements vary. Please verify the rules that apply to your state.

    Once you finish the Service Areas selection, click out of the dropdown and you will see an Upload button next to each state that requires a document.

    Click on Upload under each state and next to each document to browse your computer and select the corresponding file.

    Once you are done uploading documents, the Next button will be enabled.

  9. Click on Next

  10. Click on Add/Remove Billing Plans.

  11. Select up to three billing plans to display on your Marketplace listing.


    Important Note: Plans that charge immediately and Chargebee plans are prohibited in the Marketplace page. A key aspect of CROA is the prohibition of fees before services are delivered. Please see CROA Guidelines.

  12. Click on Save.

  13. (Optional) Click on the Display Credit Monitoring Fee switch to display the monitoring fee on your listing.


    Turn this On if the monitoring fee is not considered on your billing plan.


    Leave this Off if the monitoring fee is already included in your billing plan price.

  14. (Optional) Enter the Monitoring Fee.

  15. Click on Open to Edit next to each Billing Plan to edit the Contract Cancellation Period and the default Benefits that describe your Plan.

  16. Review the Client Agreement paired with your Billing Plans and change it if needed.

  17. Enter the One Time Sale Commission.

    This is the commission paid to the affiliate who refers a new client to you.

  18. Enter your Weekly Client Capacity.


    This is a starting estimate of how many new clients you can take on per week. This number helps control the flow of Marketplace leads to your business so you don’t get overwhelmed.

  19. Click on Next.

  20. Review all terms/disclaimers and check the box next to each item to confirm you agree and understand.

  21. Click on Submit Credit Hero Marketplace Application

    You will see the following success banner:
