The Secure Client Access (SCA) App is a mobile app that lets your clients onboard, track their credit journey, and message you directly — all from their phone. This guide walks you through what the app does, how your clients get it, and how to encourage adoption so your team spends less time chasing paperwork and more time getting results.

To start, make sure you have the following:

What is the Secure Client Access (SCA) App?

Secure Client Access is your client-facing portal, now available as a dedicated mobile app for iPhone and Android. Instead of logging in through a desktop or mobile browser, your clients can do everything from their phone.

The SCA App includes:

  • Mobile Onboarding — Clients onboard themselves right from the app, with no desktop portal needed.

  • Mobile Credit Tracking — Scores, dispute status, documents, and progress, all in their pocket.

  • In-App Messaging — Clients message their specialist directly, keeping communication fast and seamless.

  • Push Notifications — Real-time updates keep clients engaged, with no more missed emails.

  • Auto-Install Prompts — Clients are automatically prompted to install the app during onboarding, so your team doesn’t lift a finger.

How can my clients download the Secure Client Access (SCA) App?

Your clients sign in with their existing Secure Client Access login — there is no separate account to create. There are two ways for them to get the app.

Option 1 — Automatic install prompt (recommended)

New clients are automatically prompted to install the app during onboarding, so you don’t need to do anything extra. To take advantage of this:

  1. Onboard your client as you normally would in Credit Repair Cloud.

  2. When the client begins onboarding on their phone, they see a prompt to install the app.

  3. The client follows the prompt, installs the app, and signs in with their Secure Client Access credentials.

Option 2 — Share the download link directly

You can also share the app with existing clients today. Send them the appropriate store link and ask them to sign in with their current Secure Client Access login:

  1. Ask the client to open the app and sign in with their existing Secure Client Access email and password.

Tip: Add both the App Store and Google Play links to your onboarding emails and welcome materials so every client knows the app is available.

What can my clients do in the SCA App?

Once your client is signed in, they can manage their entire credit journey from their phone:

Complete onboarding — Fill out their information and submit documents without a

desktop.

Track their credit — View scores, dispute status, uploaded documents, and overall progress in real time.

Message their specialist — Reach you directly through in-app messaging for quick questions and updates.

Get push notifications — Receive real-time alerts when there’s an update, so nothing gets lost in email.

Encouraging clients to use the SCA App

The more your clients use the app, the fewer status-update calls and emails your team handles. A few ways to drive adoption:

  1. Mention the app during your first conversation and explain that it lets clients track progress anytime.

  2. Include the App Store and Google Play links in your welcome email and onboarding messages.

  3. Encourage clients to turn on push notifications so they never miss an update.

  4. Point clients to in-app messaging as the fastest way to reach you.
