Simple Audit is an amazing Credit Repair Cloud feature available for all accounts. You can use it as a sales tool to show your leads where they are at with their credit, highlight the negative items that you can dispute for them, show them their current scores, etc. You can download/print this report and explain it to your leads so you can later convert them to clients.

In this article, we’ll show you how to generate a simple audit report for your leads or clients. Add this tool to your sales process (or your free consultation) and close more deals!

How do I generate a simple audit for my lead/client?

There are two possible scenarios when trying to generate a simple audit.

Scenario 1: My client has already submitted the credit monitoring login details through their portal

  2. Click on your client’s name to open their dashboard

  3. Click on the Import/Audit button

  4. Click on Import Credit Report Now

  5. Choose an Audit Template from the dropdown


  6. Click on Import & Run Simple Audit

    You will have the option to Email Audit to Client, Print it, or generate a PDF file that you can share with your client.

  7. Click on Next

Scenario 2: I’m processing a new lead or my client didn’t submit the credit monitoring login details through their portal

  2. Click on your client’s name to open their dashboard

  3. Click on the Import/Audit button

  4. Click on Import Credit Report Now

  5. Select your client’s or lead’s Report Provider from the list

    The options are:

    CreditHeroScore
    IdentityIQ
    SmartCredit
    MyFreeScoreNow
    MyScoreIQ
    PrivacyGuard

    You may need to enter other info such as a Security Word or the last four digits of their SSN, depending on your selection.

  6. Enter the Password (case-sensitive) provided by your client/lead


  7. Select an Audit Template

  8. (Optional) Enter any Notes you’d like to add for this import


  9. Click on Import & Run Simple Audit

    You will have the option to Email Audit to Client, Print it, or generate a PDF file that you can share with your client.
