The Batch Print feature included with your Credit Repair Cloud account will save you lots of time. This feature will organize all letters that are ready to be printed or processed through CloudMail in a single PDF file / batch. Now you can print or send all your letters at once without having to go to different client profiles.

How do I batch send letters through CloudMail?
Click on the envelope icon at the top of your screen
Click on Pending Batch Print
If you have any saved letters waiting to be processed through CloudMail or printed, those will be found here.
Click on Send All With CloudMail
Select the Attached Documents option that suits your client’s scenario
We recommend you to keep the Recommended options on.
If the Photo ID or Proof of Address documents are not on file for your client, you can click on Add to upload from your device. (Only JPEG and PNG files with a max size of 10 MB are allowed)
(Optional) Click on Render Preview Of Letter/Attachments
Select Black & White or Color under Print Color Mode for each letter
This selection determines if the specific letter is printed in color or black & white ink.
Select Double-Sided or Single-Sided under Set-Up
Select First Class or Certified for each letter under USPS Mail Class
Review the Total Cost
(Optional) Click on Add Balance to add funds to your balance if needed
Click on Submit Order
Follow any confirmation prompts to complete the sending process.
Next, you should see a processing screen followed by a confirmation message.
How do I batch print letters locally?
Click on the envelop icon at the top of your screen
Click on Pending Batch Print
If you have any saved letters waiting to be processed through CloudMail or printed, those will be found here.
Click on Go to Batch Print
Confirm and select the letters that you want to print from the list
Click on Download & Print Selected
A preview of the letters will open in a popup.
Important
All popup blockers must be turned off to be able to preview and print the letters.
(Recommended) Under Include photo ID and proof of address (utility bill, insurance bill, etc) documents with, select Round 1 letters only
Client ID docs are only required for Round 1.
Alternatively, you can select:
All letters: This will print the photo ID and proof of address for all letters.
Exclude: This will not print the photo ID and proof of address for any of the letters.
Click on Open PDF (to print letters)
You will see a warning message next.
Click OK
This will generate a PDF file for you to print and mark the selected letters as printed instantly.

Advanced letter filtering
When browsing the pending letters, there are some filters you can use to quickly locate the letters you want to include in the batch print file.
Available filters:
Today’s Letter:
This will show you all letters created on the current day.
Client Name:
Enter your client’s name to locate their pending letters.
Date Range:
This will show you all letters created between the selected date range.
All Round / Round 1 / Round 2 / Round 3:
This will show either all letters regardless of the round that your client is in or letters that correspond to the selected round.
All / Printed / Unprinted:
This will show either all letters or printed/unprinted letters, depending on your selection.
