Mastering Billing: Onboarding Videos for Basic Setup

Our new internal Billing solution makes it simple to handle subscriptions, one-time payments, and revenue streams directly within Credit Repair Cloud. Forget about dealing with third-party tools - everything you need is right here, making your billing process smoother than ever before.

Step 1: Applying for a Merchant Account

Watch our video tutorial below to learn how to effortlessly apply for your merchant account.

  1. Log in to your Credit Repair Cloud account.
  2. Click on Billing & Payments.
  3. Click on the Apply button under your preferred Merchant Account option.
  4. Follow the prompts and fill out all forms with your info to complete your application.

    Important Note: The application page and process are managed by the Merchant Account provider, not Credit Repair Cloud.

Once your application is approved, proceed to create your first payment plan.


Step 2: Creating a Subscription Billing Plan

Now that you have your merchant account set up, it's time to create your first billing plan. Designing subscription plans tailored to your business has never been easier. Check out our video guide below to get started in no time!

  1. Log in to your Credit Repair Cloud account.
  2. Click on Billing & Payments.
  3. Click on Create Your First Plan.
  4. Click on the Create My First Plan button.
  5. Carefully read the Legal Disclaimer.
  6. Check the box next to I understand and acknowledge this legal disclaimer.
  7. Click on the Submit button.
  8. Set up your plan by filling in the required fields: Plan Name, Payment Due Date, First Work Fee (optional), Recurring Monthly Fee, and Plan Duration.
  9. Click on Create Plan.


Step 3: Assigning a Billing Plan to a Client

You're almost there! The final step is to assign your new billing plan to your existing clients. Learn how to do this seamlessly by watching our video below.

  1. Log in to your Credit Repair Cloud account.
  2. Click on Clients.
  3. Click on the menu located under the Actions column, next to the client that you want to activate with your billing plan.
  4. Click on Plan Actions.
  5. Select the plan from the dropdown menu.
  6. Click on Select Plan.
