Collecting Leads on your Website
Adding a Web Lead form to your website is vital for your online credit repair business. This form will allow your site visitors to share their contact information with you. Then, you will be notified of every new lead on your Credit Repair Cloud system. In this article, we’ll show you how to customize and add a Web Lead form to your site.
Table of contents:

- How can I use this if I already own a site outside of MyCreditRepairSite?

- An active website at MyCreditRepairSite or any other hosting platform
Access the Form Generator

This is where you will be able to customize and configure your web lead form before adding it to your website.
Customize your Web Lead Form
Note
The sole purpose of a Web Lead Form is to collect leads from your website(s) for you or your sales team to follow up. It’s always best to keep inquiry forms simple. As a result, more people will fill out the form and you will collect more leads. You/your sales team can collect the additional details for a client profile if the lead chooses to become an active client.
- Select either English or Spanish under Form Language
- Select Learn more/Signup toggle (recommended) or Signup Only under Form Type
We recommend choosing the first option since your visitor will be able to inform you either if they are interested in learning more about your service, or if they are ready to sign up for your service.
Example of Learn more/Signup toggle form:
Example of Signup only form: - (Optional) Manually set the Height and Width of the form
The forms will come with a default height and width but you can adjust this manually if needed. - Select White or Transparent background for the form
Important Note
You will notice the Chargebee payment plan option below the Form Type selection. As of late 2020, Chargebee changed their business model to Enterprise, resulting in severely spiked fees and they began rejecting CRC users. We no longer recommend Chargebee and it won’t work if you are a new user. As an alternative, we suggest Billsby as your super simple and more affordable option.
- (Optional) Enter a Webform Custom title
This is the heading of your form. - Once you are happy with the settings click on Save Changes
If you make any adjustments to the settings, make sure to click on Save Changes every time so the preview and code are updated. - Finally, click on Copy Code

How can I use this if I already own a site outside of MyCreditRepairSite?
If you have your own website and don't use our web hosting/site building tools, simply copy the code from the form generator and insert it in your website using a Custom HTML (or similar) element or send the code to your IT person or web designer for them to work with it.
Note
If you don’t know how to add the custom code to your existing site, look for instructions on ‘Add Custom HTML code’ in your provider’s help center.
