Simple Audit is an amazing Credit Repair Cloud feature available for all accounts. You can use it as a sales tool to show your leads where they are at with their credit, highlight the negative items that you can dispute for them, show them their current scores, etc. You can download/print this report and explain it to your leads so you can later convert them to clients.

In this article, we’ll show you how to generate a simple audit report for your leads or clients. Add this tool to your sales process (or your free consultation) and close more deals!

Where do I generate a simple audit for my lead/client?

When creating a new client profile, you will have the opportunity to enable the client’s portal access.

  1. Log in to your Credit Repair Cloud account

  2. Click on My Clients

  3. Click on your client’s or lead’s name to open their dashboard

How do I generate a simple audit for my lead/client?

There are two possible scenarios when trying to generate a simple audit.

 

Scenario 1: My client has already submitted the credit monitoring login details through their portal

  1. Click on 1-Click Import and Audit

    If your client has completed their onboarding process and provided you with their credit monitoring access details, you will see the following screen:

  2. Click on the Import Report And Run Simple Audit button

    Next, you will get a success notification Audit created successfully.

  3. Click on Download PDF and/or Print Audit so you can discuss the Audit results with your client

 

Scenario 2: I’m processing a new lead or my client didn’t submit the credit monitoring login details through their portal

  1. Click on 1-Click Import and Audit

    When your client hasn’t entered their credit monitoring access details, or if you are just getting started with a new lead, you will see the following screen where you would need to enter the login credentials manually:

  2. Click on Choose Support Provider and pick the provider from the list

  3. Enter the client’s/lead/s Username

  4. Enter the Password

  5. Enter their Phone Number

  6. Enter their Security Word or Last four digits of SSN (depends on the provider)

  7. Enter any Notes you would like to add

  8. Click on the Import Report And Run Simple Audit button

  9. Click on Download PDF and/or Print Audit so you can discuss the Audit results with your client
