I got an email asking me to verify my domain. What is this about?
Domain ownership needs to be verified with ICANN so your clients can access your website under that domain. If the domain is not verified within 15 days of registration, it will be suspended until this verification is complete. You can learn more about this verification process here.
My website is appearing as "not secure." How do I fix this?
What should I do if my website shows just only an "index" page?
This usually means that your website has not been published yet. To fix this, you must go to your site editor, make sure your SSL certificate is enabled, and then click on the Publish button.
I have a domain from GoDaddy/another company. How can I use it with your web hosting?
All you need to do is change your nameservers on that domain to ours: ns1.mycreditrepairsite.com and ns2.mycreditrepairsite.com. You can find more instructions here.
I have an email service with another company (Gsuite, GoDaddy). Can I keep it and use your web hosting?

Can I get rid of index.html at the end of my domain's URL?
Unfortunately no. Our web hosting service doesn’t have an option to remove this from the URL.
