Guide to fix the refund or chargeback import error for Credit Hero Score

If you see the error message “Credit Hero Score Import Error – Refunded Subscription”, it means the client’s Credit Hero Score subscription is inactive due to a refund request or chargeback. To proceed with importing their credit report, their subscription must be reactivated.

Why am I getting this message?

This error means Credit Repair Cloud can't access a client's Credit Hero Score account to order or import credit reports. This happens because the client either requested a refund or disputed a charge with their credit card company.

How do I solve this issue?

  1. Start by asking your client if they’d like to continue using Credit Hero Score and renew their subscription.

  2. Please have your client contact our Support team.

    If the client requested a refund, they must contact our Support Team to submit a payment and have their account reactivated.

    If the client filed a chargeback, first, they must contact their card issuer and ask to cancel the chargeback. Once that is done, they must contact our Support Team to submit a payment and have their account reactivated.

  3. Retry the import to make sure their access is reinstated.
