Why am I getting this message?

The “Unable to Connect to Report” error appears when CRC can’t import the client’s credit report due to a technical issue with the data received from the credit bureaus. To resolve the issue, the report must be re-ordered and refreshed.

This error typically occurs when:

  • The client’s credit report failed to generate correctly due to an issue with the data from the bureaus.

  • The connection between Credit Hero Score and the credit provider timed out or returned invalid or incomplete data.

How do I solve this issue?

You don’t need to take any further action unless our team reaches out for clarification.

There’s no action needed on your end at this time. We’re actively working in the background to re-order and refresh the report. A support ticket has been automatically created to re-order the client’s credit report and resolve the data issue preventing the import.

  1. Wait for an update from our Support team.

  2. Watch for a follow-up email.

You’ll receive an email as soon as the report is ready and available to import from CRC.

Usually, this issue is resolved within one business day, depending on how quickly the credit bureau responds. You will receive an email confirmation once the report is refreshed, indicating the data has been corrected and is ready for import into CRC.
