IdentityIQ Import Error - A new IdentityIQ report isn’t available

Audience: This article is for Credit Repair Cloud (CRC) account owners and team members who manage clients enrolled in IdentityIQ (IDIQ) monitoring and see the error message “We’re sorry - There was an issue with your import. A new IdentityIQ report isn't available” during a credit report import.

Why am I getting this error?

This error appears when the account is active, but there’s no new report data from the last import.

How do I solve this issue?

  1. Log in to your client’s IdentityIQ account

  2. Check the next report date

    Avoid ordering a paid report without the client’s consent.
