IdentityIQ Import Error - Inactive Subscription

Audience: This article is for Credit Repair Cloud (CRC) account owners and team members who manage clients enrolled in IdentityIQ (IDIQ) monitoring and see the error message “IdentityIQ Import Error - Inactive Subscription” during a credit report import.

Why am I getting this error?

This error appears when your client has canceled their IdentityIQ subscription or it was canceled due to non-payment.

How do I solve this issue?

  1. Go to https://www.identityiq.com/ and try to log in to your client’s account.


    If a “Payment Failed” or similar message appears, you’ll know the account is inactive/canceled. In such a case, please ask your client to update their billing information to resume their subscription.

    The exact error message that appears in IdentityIQ is: “Our most recent attempt to bill your credit card failed. Please update your credit card information to restore access.”

  2. Retry the import once your client’s subscription is active.
