Why am I getting this error?
The “Service Temporarily Unavailable” error means CRC cannot access your client’s credit report at that moment. This can happen for a few reasons:
Scheduled updates or maintenance – Credit Hero Score may be running routine system updates.
Temporary service disruptions – Short-term issues may interrupt access to client credit report data.
Rare system outage – A larger outage may prevent reports from being retrieved across the platform.
How do I solve this issue?
Wait 15–30 Minutes and Try Again
Most of the time, this error is temporary. Waiting a short period and retrying the import often resolves the issue.
Check the CRC App and Your Email for Updates
If the problem is part of a wider disruption, our team will send system alerts in the CRC app or notify you by email. Follow any instructions included in those updates.
What to expect next
These errors are typically resolved quickly, often within minutes.
If the issue continues for longer than 30 minutes and no system update has been posted, reach out to CRC Support for assistance.
