Why am I getting this error?
The “Report Format Issue” error appears when the credit bureau sends data in a format that CRC cannot process.
This typically happens when:
The credit bureau returns the report in an unexpected structure or format.
There are changes or inconsistencies in the report that prevent Credit Hero Score from reading it correctly.
Until the report is refreshed in the correct format, CRC cannot complete the import.
How do I solve this issue?
In most cases, no action is required from you.
