Where can I edit my Credit Hero Marketplace listing?

  1. Click on My Company

  2. Click on Credit Hero Marketplace

  3. Click on Credit Hero Marketplace Settings

Company Logo

  1. Click on Edit in Client/Affiliate Portal

  2. Hover over the logo and click on Edit

  3. Browse your device and select the file you wish to use as your company logo

    ​If you wish to upload a new logo to replace the default logo, it must be a JPEG, JPG, PNG, or GIF, no larger than 50px wide by 50px tall, and no larger than 2 MB. The logo background should be transparent.

Business Name and Phone Number

  1. Click on Edit next to Business Information

  2. Edit your Business Name for Directory Listing

  3. Edit your Phone Number

    This number will only be used for contacting you about this application. It will not be shown publicly.

  4. Click on Save

This is where you can:

  • Edit the Billing Plans displayed on your Credit Hero Marketplace listing.

Weekly Client Capacity

  1. Enter your weekly client capacity.


    This is an estimate of how many new clients you can take on per week. This number helps control the flow of Marketplace leads to your business so you don’t get overwhelmed. You can always come here to adjust this number.

  2. Click on Save.

Bond and License - Where can I reupload my updated bond and license documents?

This is where you can re-upload your bond and license documents if these are either rejected after your application is reviewed or have expired.

  1. Click on the ‘X’ icon next to the previously updated document.

  2. Click on Upload next to each document type to browse your computer and select the corresponding file.

  3. Scroll all the way down and click on Save.
