The Subscription Saver feature is designed to ensure seamless billing experiences for both you and your clients. With Subscription Saver, you have access to automated email notifications to alert your paying clients when their payment due dates have passed.

What is the Subscription Saver feature?

Subscription Saver is a game-changer in payment management. This feature automates the process of notifying your paying clients when their payment due dates have passed. No more manual reminders or missed payments slipping through the cracks. Whether managing a handful of subscriptions or a large client base, Subscription Saver simplifies the process, helping you maintain revenue consistency and client satisfaction.

What are the default Subscription Saver events?

The Subscription Saver feature has been preloaded with the following automated events:

  • Event 1 - 1 Day After Due Date - Send Initial Email

  • Event 2 - 48 Hours (from previous event) - Send 2nd Notice Email

  • Event 3 - 48 Hours (from previous event) - Send 3rd Notice Email

  • Event 4 - 48 Hours (from previous event) - Send Final Email

  • Event 5 - 48 Hours (from previous event) - Mark Client as Delinquent

You can delete Events 2 and 3 as needed by following the steps below.

How can I edit the Subscription Saver events?

  1. Click on Billing & Payments.​

  2. Click on Subscription Saver.

  3. Click on Edit Events.

  4. Choose the desired option.

  5. Click on Save Changes.
