Why aren’t my secure messages being sent?

Secure messages are different from regular notification emails. Secure messages are not actually sent.

Instead, a user must log in to their secure portal to see these messages. That's what makes them secure.
Agreements work the same way and clients must log in to see them. They are never sent by email so they never leave our secure server.

The only “emails” that Credit Repair Cloud sends are short generic auto-notifications with login details and updates.
